Charlotte-based Suite 1000 has engaged Web consultancy and development firm Knowmad Technologies (www.knowmad.com) to redesign their corporate Web site at www.suite1000.com, and to provide search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM). Suite 1000 is a business answering service and customer service call center that has served customers across the U.S. for almost three decades.

The project will include content development, landing page design, conversion optimization, search engine optimization and search engine marketing. “We will be utilizing a full array of online marketing tools to meet Suite 1000′s goal of increasing lead generation and conversion via the Web,” says Diona Kidd, vice president of Knowmad Technologies.
