New Concepts International Group, Inc. is a call center based in Concord, North Carolina and assists clients in collecting receivables.

New Concepts International was managing multiple servers and wanted to consolidate to a single platform in order to be more efficient with their IT resources.    

Knowmad Technologies, known for their expertise in open source solutions, listened to the client’s needs and recommended and implemented business processes and technology that could allow New Concepts International Group to be more efficient. 

Knowmad developed an intranet server for back office applications to centralize and standardize applications and provided a platform for future growth.  Through this Windows-based, open source system, the data is collected, processed in the system and able to be used in various forms per company need.
