A wholly owned subsidiary of Compass Group Global, the world’s largest foodservice and catering provider, Foodbuy LLC connects manufacturers and distributors with purchasing programs for every aspect of foodservice operations.
Focused on its explosive growth for the last several years, Foodbuy had let its online presence fall into disrepair. The messaging online was out of sync with the Foodbuy sales team; the disconnect was so painful for the company that the sales team avoided using or referring to the website.
Approach
Knowmad worked with Foodbuy to clarify their goals, messages and targeted audience. We coordinated with an external branding firm to create an updated brand perception both internally and externally. We coordinated with an in-house IT team to fully build and implement the site.
Result
Knowmad collaborated with Foodbuy and a third-party branding expert to overhaul the web presence for the company. Using the brand created by the branding expert, Knowmad produced a revamped, strategically focused website.
